Research Areas: Coordination chemistry, biological study and nanocomposites

Research Interest:

  1. Synthesis, structural characterization of new multinuclear metal complexes, their magneto-structural correlations, along with the DFT calculations to establish the probable pathways for the exchange of magnetic interactions.
  2. Application of these metal complexes in the field of bioinorganic Chemistry in vitro as well as in vivo and their possible use for anti cancer drug.
  3. Development of Dye sensitized solar cells using functionalized metal complexes.
  4. Development of Sol-Gel derived inorganic-organic nanocomposites, dye-doped nanomaterials, and metal incorporated core-shell nanoparticles.
