A Post-graduate of Department of Applied Psychology with specialization of Organizational Development and Human Resource Management from Applied Psychology, and University of Calcutta; and has completed Post Graduation Diploma course in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Annamalai University (distance learning). She is currently enrolled as Probationary Ph.D Student under University of Calcutta of Applied Psychology. She has also qualified State Eligibility Test (SET) organized by The West Bengal College Service Commission. She is presently working as Part-Time Lecturer in Department of Psychology of Barrackpore Rastraguru Surendranath College.
