She has obtained her M.Phil degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Calcutta in 2009. Ms. Das is also associated with University of Calcutta as a Course Co-ordinator for the One year post graduate diploma course in cognitive behaviourial and existential counselling in the Department of Psychology. She is attached to Ramkrishna Vivekananda Mission, Deaf and Dumb, Blind Girls School, Barrackpore.Associated as a faculty in Vidyasagar School of Social Work, Salt Lake City, Kolkata for MSW and one year PG diploma course in psychological counseling. She also works as a consultant clinical psychologist with her independent practice.
