A Post-graduate of Department of Applied Psychology in the year 2009 with specialization in Industrial Psychology and Organisational Behaviour. She has worked as an assistant researcher in a UGC sponsored minor research project for two years (2007-2008) under Prof. Nilanjana Bagchi. Work included data collection and statistical analyses the data; as transcriptor for the NGO called ‘MODE’ in the project under Durbar and is also a Guest Lecturer at Presidency IAS Training Centre.
She has been awarded the following educational grants:
- Awarded with the Annual Subsistence Fellowship from the Calcutta University for securing the highest marks in the graduation and pursuing education in the Applied Psychology Dept. of Calcutta University.
- Was offered the scholarship from a Japanese University for outstanding result in ISC exam 2004.
- Dr. A.N. B Memorial Award for the highest marks holder in M.A/MSc Applied Psychology, University Of Calcutta for the year 2009.
She will be teaching Industrial Psychology in the specialization of Organisational Behaviour and Industrial Psychology.
